Dangerous Panel Gaps
The picture left shows a typical panel gapping on a rubber level crossing. This long standing problem has now been completely overcome by fitting the Polysafe securing device as shown in the bottom picture.

This product has been devised to secure the whole level crossing into place giving no lateral panel movement and so no maintenance or panel gap problems.

Fast fixing heavy duty galvanised panel securing devices come with adjustable sleeper clips plus all fixings and can be fitted onto any type of sleeper. Polysafe securing devices are supplied complete with the compulsory deflector plate as per the Railtrack specification.

Total stability can also be obtained on other level crossing systems (ie Bomac) by fitting Polysafe securing devices.
