The continuing upgrading and replacement of railways and level crossings has given Polysafe many opportunities to design special panels and fittings for Railtrack including level crossings with a radius of down to 130 metres with check rails.

Different track gauge combined with alternative rail and sleeper combinations have also been successfully designed, manufactured and installed throughout the world.

Polysafe has full office design facilities using CAD computer technology which is undertaken by our in-house team who frequently both survey and design all types of level crossings and fittings. We have developed a number of unique features to ensure that once installed correctly, Polysafe level crossings are the safest and most durable available.
